Certain Lost Saintz products may be produced specifically after an order is placed or customized according to your selections.
Because of the nature of these products, additional return or cancellation restrictions may apply where permitted by law.
Where a product is personalized, customized, or subject to special return conditions, we will aim to make this clear before purchase.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
7. ORDERS
Placing an order does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
After receiving your order, we may need to verify payment, product availability, delivery information, or other order details.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment issues, product unavailability, or incorrect customer information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
Applicable taxes, duties, delivery charges, or other fees may be calculated and displayed during checkout where applicable.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.
Payments may be processed securely by third-party payment providers. Lost Saintz does not necessarily directly store your complete payment-card information.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product-information errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate and provide available options.
9. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time, Lost Saintz may offer promotions, discount codes, giveaways, or special offers.
These may have their own conditions, including expiration dates, eligible products, territories, or minimum order values.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers.
We may cancel or refuse the use of promotions where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, or a technical error.
10. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Every piece leaves our hands and enters someone else's — carriers, customs, the unpredictable middle ground between us and you. We don't control that stretch, but we stand behind it.
Delivery estimates shown on our website are estimates, not guarantees, unless we expressly say otherwise.
Orders may be produced, packed, or shipped from different locations depending on the products ordered and where they're going. Occasionally, items from the same order arrive separately — that's not a mistake, that's just how it moves.
Delays happen. Carriers, customs, weather, peak periods, production timing, or an address that wasn't quite right — some of it is outside our reasonable control, and we won't pretend otherwise.
If something goes missing or arrives wrong, tell us. We move on it.
You're responsible for giving us complete, accurate delivery information at checkout — we can only send it where you tell us to.
Your statutory rights regarding delivery remain unaffected.
11. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, damaged products, incorrect orders, and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Please contact Lost Saintz or use the available return-request process before sending an item back.
Do not return products to an address shown on the original package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Lost Saintz name, branding, logos, artwork, illustrations, graphics, photographs, designs, prints, product designs, written content, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Lost Saintz and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Unless we give you written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, manufacture, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our protected content.
Purchasing a Lost Saintz product gives you ownership of that physical product. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork, designs, trademarks, copyright, or other intellectual property appearing on it.
13. USER CONTENT
If you tag Lost Saintz, send us photographs, submit reviews, or otherwise share content with us, you remain the owner of your content.
We will not claim ownership simply because you've shared it with us.
Where we want to use customer-created content for advertising or promotional purposes beyond what is reasonably expected from the way it was submitted, we may request permission where appropriate.
You must not submit content that infringes another person's rights, is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or contains malicious software.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

These Terms, together with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Lost Saintz regarding your use of our website and purchase of our products, and replace any prior understanding on the subject.

Lost Saintz may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes to our business, website, products, services, or legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page together with its updated date.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights that you already have under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you live.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts or other competent authorities determined by applicable law.
