Everything on this site — the name, the art, the way it's put together — belongs to Lost Saintz. Here's what that means, plainly.

1. OWNERSHIP

All content on this website and on Lost Saintz products — including but not limited to the Lost Saintz name, logo, wordmarks, artwork, illustrations, graphics, photographs, product designs, prints, layouts, and written content — is owned by or licensed to Lost Saintz and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.

2. WHAT THIS COVERS

This notice applies to everything we create and publish, whether it appears on our website, our products, our packaging, or our social channels — original artwork, graphics, photography, product and print designs, and all written content included.

It also covers our brand identity: the Lost Saintz name, logo, and any associated marks, however they're styled or displayed.

3. WHAT YOU CAN'T DO

Unless you have our written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, manufacture, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Lost Saintz content or designs, in whole or in part, for any commercial or public purpose.

This includes using our artwork or designs to produce your own merchandise, reposting our content as your own, or using our name or logo in a way that suggests an affiliation with us that doesn't exist.

4. BUYING A PRODUCT DOESN'T BUY THE ART

When you purchase a Lost Saintz product, you own that physical item. You do not own, and are not granted any rights to, the artwork, design, trademarks, or other intellectual property featured on it.

Resale of a genuine, unaltered product you've purchased is fine. Reproducing the design itself is not.

5. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Where our website or products reference or feature third-party names, trademarks, or content, those remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or under fair use where applicable.

6. REPORTING INFRINGEMENT OR MISUSE

If you believe your own copyrighted work or intellectual property has been used on our site without permission, or if you spot someone else using Lost Saintz content or designs without authorization, let us know.
